Perks of Being a Wallflower
This book shows coming of age because it shows how Charlie grew throughout his high school life. From being that boy in the corner with no one to talk to and nothing to do. To the boy with older friends and he does really different things. He never had friends and only used to talk to his mom. But now he makes friend with Patrick and Sam and experiences drugs abnd Alcohol. This shows that he changed alot throughout the book wether its good or bad. But this still shows how much Charlie came of age.
